I was juggling motherhood, a business, travel, moving abroad and life’s constant demands, all while feeling drained and overwhelmed.
It wasn’t the life I imagined for myself or my family…
I tried all sorts of quick fixes... the unrealistic workout routines, crash diets, and endless energy hacks.. but nothing really worked in the long run. I was stuck in a routine that left me feeling more tired, not less.
